Outfits Of The Week: 11/7 - 11/13

Hello everyone,

Today's post is a follow-up on my weekly outfit series (you can find the previous installment here). I love doing these casual lookbook type of posts, so you can see what I'm actually wearing on a day to day basis. That way you can draw inspiration and find ways to update your current style in a realistic way.

So let me guide you through my weekly wardrobe for mid-November:

MONDAY

Monday was a no-makeup and jeans kinda day, because ugh, Mondays. Flannel shirt and a pair of jeans is the epitome of Fall casual so there ya go! I went with a sorta cowgirl-ish theme with the suede jacket and matching boots. To polish up the look I tucked the shirt into my mid-rise jeans and put on my trusty Zara cuff for a bit of subtle bling.

TUESDAY

Brown, rusty tones are my favorite to wear in the falltime and this combo is one of my go-to ones whenever I'm in doubt and can't come up with anything new. This victorian-style blouse I got last year from H&M has been a firm favorite in my wardrobe. I love high-neck tops and I especially like to pair them with a pulled-back do and earrings.

FRIDAY

Yes, I wore a lot of jeans during that week. One of my favorite ways to wear my cropped flared ones is to match them with low-heel shoes. I'm currently looking for an evening option too. Friday was ultra casual, as Fridays should be, with only the scarf adding a nicer touch to the look. And yes, black and blue can actually work together.

SUNDAY

Sunday was theater day. I had a faint Chanel inspiration whilst coming up with this one, which I think you will notice in the tweed skirt and necklaces. Because the whole look was very prim and proper I chose to pair it with lace-up motorcycle boots to make it a bit cooler and edgier - kinda like they've been doing it on the Chanel runways.

Hope you enjoyed!

Next lookbook is gonna be a bit different from this one and more festive so stay tuned!

  8. All the looks seem perfect enough. If I have to pick my favorite style here, I will say the last one: Sunday look because I am a dress addict. Hope to see your formal dresses look.
