Hello my lovely readers,
I love this wearable yet polished look for any casual occasion: lunch date, movie, you name it. This look is a no-brainer. The basic items you will need are jeans, t-shirt and an oversized coat. Nothing ground-breaking there. But the details in the accessories elevate the look and give a new take on your typical "jeans and t-shirt" day.
This look is a bit outside of my comfort zone but it is definitely in line with the current 90s rock theme that is insanely popular. The look called for a dash of Nasty Gal so gladly I found a pair of Nasty Gal sandals almost identical to Jessica's. The good thing about this look is that you probably already have all the items in your closet, so extra bucks saved. Vampy lips are the perfect idea to complete this streetstyle-inspired grunge ensemble.
This look I found just today on Instyle's page and although I'm not really acquainted with Zendaya or her work, this outfit was killer. Definitely reminiscent of Blair Waldorf, so of course I wouldn't be able to resist. Love the feminine vibe that is vintage as much as it is modern and the lime green coat that isn't too in-your-face. Obviously in the picture there was no bag so I took the liberty to match it with a turquoise cross body bag cause I felt like color blocking.
Did you find this inspring?

Today is a national celebration for Greece which means I get the day off. Yay for that. I finally got to sleep in a little and wake up refreshed and energized. I also got time to write a new post on this inconsistently updated blog of mine.
I figured that I hadn't done any celebrity-related posts in a while and as you know, I love my celebrities. Call me shallow but I can't help it- I'm just fascinated by them. I always was. So, what's on the menu today is six gorgeous affordable fall-ready looks inspired by six much buzzed about style stars.
You can find all the items used in the icons below each set. (By clicking on the icons you will be redirected to Polyvore - there you will find the link to the online store)
Let's get right to it:
