However over the last couple of years this rule seems to have no bearing on modern, fashion-forward women - along with plenty of other fashion rules. The lines between what's season-appropriate and what's not seem to be getting more and more blurry as time goes on. Almost anything goes, as long as it's properly styled.

Streetstyle Inspiration: 6 Outfits To Try Now
Hello again my lovelies and happy Sunday!
Here's a roundup of a few of my favorite street outfits to date and how to recreate them:
How cool are Sundays. Seriously. Sleeping in, having some serious brunch and chilling at home all day in your pj's - priceless. If you're anything like me, you surely like to sneak in a little blog post too.
If there's one thing I'm grateful to fashion for, it's that it always encourages me to be in the moment. Trends, be it beauty, fashion, or cultural ones always push us to be present, to take notice in what's happening around us. This spring I've challenged myself to start feeling more in the moment and stop worrying about what's ahead. These are some somber times we live in, the least we can do for ourselves and our sanity is to make most of what's happening right now and stop stressing profusely about the future (which is something I've been guilty of).
So what is happening exactly in the fashion world right now? Streetstyle has been the main source of fashion inspiration for quite some time now and it's definitely shaping up the current fashion scene. From Alexander Wang to Gucci to Vetements, the street is the main point of reference when it comes to casual dressing. This spring's street chic looks are unfussy, heavy on the denim, colorful and - what else - effortlessly cool.
Here's a roundup of a few of my favorite street outfits to date and how to recreate them:

My Cup of Tee
So, I was in London the previous week and oh my gosh, it's such a beautiful city! I litterally fell in love with it! And what impressed me was the unique british sense of style! I was really inspired so I decided to create a set based on what I saw there and my perception of London in general.

I'm talking 'bout pedicure on our toes toes, trying out all our clothes clothes...
So, I had invited my bff Catherine at my place for a sleepover and we decided to sport some cute outfits on and snap some pictures. We have taken about 30 pics so I can post all of them, therefore I will gradually include them in posts!
In these two following outfits I combined a ruffled mini skirt with an airy top and a cropped denim jacket and in the other one I paired a sleek pair of navy blue pants with an embellished tank and strappy heels.

New Purchases and Gifts
Thanks to Easter and my birthday (which was a couple of weeks ago) I got many many gifts and money from my family and friends, and here are some of them!!

> This is a pair of distressed skinny jeans I just got today while shopping with my bff downtown.

>And a swimsuit I got on Thursday.

>I suppose you can't really figure out what color that is because of the silly lightning but whatever it's a beige-neutral tone, very elegant this season.

>I predict that this pair of masculin-like pants will be one of my favorite pieces this summer, it's so casual but very chic at the same time and its navy color is a must-have for this season.I usually sort of hate must-haves cause they're overrated most of the time, but this one, I found it hard to resist to.

>Ah, this stonewashed cropped denim jacket stole my heart from the very first time I saw it at Zara. It can transform every simple casual outfit into a rock fierce ensemble. So cute.

>Oh god, this is a bad picture. Sorry, but I was really kind of in a hurry when I was taking these shots. Anyway, this ruffled dress was a gift from my godmother (she always knows how to pick the best stuff!). I love it paired with a belt and high heels. And ruffles are MAJOR this summer. Maybe with the previous jacket it could make an edgy look, sort of balanced between girly and rock elements. (I just came up with that, wow :P)

>Okay, my bff ("slash" hugeee Taylor Swift fan :P) fell in love when she saw this floral sundress.

>Aren't you tired of ruffles and nudes already?? :P I know I'm not. :P

>One jewel a day, takes the pain away. No, just kidding xD But they're never enough, that's for sure. Here is a silver long beaded necklace. Soo fine :)

Thank for reading this post and I assure you there will be more!!
