My summer kind of wonderful

My summer has been a blast. I went to Mykonos, I went to London and I spent all August at my summer house. I met there with my cousins, friends and got to spend time with my beloved family...It was amazing but summer just like all great things, has to come to an end..I fully recharged my batteries and I am excitedly looking forward to winter.

Ok, for this set I was inspired by the sea, the movement and the intensity of the waves, the ocean, the seaweed, so I thought this all-summer-y theme would appeal to you! I wanted to make it a little dramatic (eg. with the skyscraper DSquared heels or the seahorse Betsey Johnson bracelet), but not too dramatic, more in cruise-y, luxurious way (Tory Burch straw ballerina flats). I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, 'cause when I look at I immediately think of summer vacation, boats, greek islands and pretty much all those little things we love about summer!

Who doesn't love the ultimate summer item, shorts? One of the most versatile clothing items, a pair of shorts can be a part of a day to night outfit, which can look casual, sexy and glam at the same time! A pair of cargo shorts and gladiator flat sandals can be ideal for a walk on a sunny day, but a pair of sequined hotpants and strappy high-heels can't be proved wrong! The only disadvantage is that it requires nice legs. So get worked out and rock some sexy shorts this summer!

I know a place where the grass is really greener..

No, I'm not talking about California and west coast (I borrowed the title from Katy Perry's new song "California gurls" - I'm in love with it!), I'm talking about my school, one of the most beautiful schools in Athens. Yesterday was the last day of school technically, since it's the start of the exam period (ughh..). These are some shots I took with my friends! It's was really fan sitting on the lawn and laughing...

Spring Summer 2010 Trends: Ladylike

Every woman loves all the garments and the shapes that flatter her silhouette and embrace her curves. So this summer, designers are determined to make all ladies feel sexy and beautiful. Always remember, love your body, don't distort it. Believe me, all these dresses you see below would look so much better on a curvy silhouette rather than a bunch of skin and bones (no offense to the models, whom I really admire, honestly)

Alexander McQueen S/S 2010 RTW

GaGa oh la la! What an exquisite collection, that is. Defintely one of my favorites for this summer. The whole thing was a mixture of graphic psychedelic prints, bright exotic colors, embellishements and metallic effects as well as futuristic and vintage elements. This show had everything: from eccentric sky high heels to goth jumpsuits.

Even though we should have got bored already by Alexander's outrageousness, he never fails to impress us.
