It's too cold outside for angels to fly..

It's getting really cold out here and it's time to sport our thickest sweaters and fluffiest fur. However I can't hide from you that I'm starting to yearn for spring a little bit. I am really excited to see the new clothes on the store racks. It is sale at the moment here in Greece and as you can assume, I've been spending the last few weekends shopping. Today I bought a nice cropped sweater from Benetton and a light pink MAC lipstick.

The pictures I have for you here are from my trip to my summer house a couple of weeks ago; the outfit is pretty much casual and simple but it worked great for a walk outdoors on a chilly day.

Everything comes naturally, it comes naturally baby..

Even though I'm a city girl who loves the underground grunge feeling of the tall buildings and the highways, I'm always impressed by nature's beauty and force. So, as I was browsing through lookbook.nu (I just applied there, pray for my acceptance :P), I found some amazingly inspirational photos that made me wonder, who and where are all these wonderful talented people, what cameras they use, how do they manage to take such breathtaking shots? They're not Steven Meisel or Demarchelier but their photos are beyond perfection! The colors, and the lightning and the clothes all fitting so perfectly together that they are artistic! And when I see them, I almost feel sad because I honestly don't know how to take pictures like these! Anyway, I'll try with my conventional camera soon.

So, since I can't post MY pics for the time, I'm gonna share some of theirs with you.

My trip to heaven...

This is the place where I spend most of my vacationing every year at summer. It's called Ermioni and I have a house there ; it's a graphic, gorgeous village by the sea. Even though I've been spending my summers there since forever, every year I discover somethin' new about it. Last time I was there with a friend and we took some amazing pictures. Together we went a mini-trip to a gorge from where the view was breathtaking and my photography talent took place :P

I just lovee staring at this one. Much of a Demarchelier, aren't I?

I love photographing in my free time. Simple things like two wildflowers can look so artistic.

My mother! <3

Loves this one as well. Nature is always my inspiration.

On a sunny day...

One little gorgeous butterfly I found in a forest.

And other pictures...

Sometimes some simple things are so beautiful.

Hilary Duff - Any other day: "..On a day like any other day, sky's so blue it could take your breath away...And could ever fall apart, on day like it is today..?"

The view from a church shows Ermioni, the village where I spend most of my vacation.

Greece. Just Greece. <3
